Subj: Assault on man and family-Branham&Almaden From: [email protected] (Jenna) On the 4th. of July, 2005, my family and I, after watching fireworks, decided to go to the Jack in the Box on Branham and Almaden. When we drove into the parking lot, our car was immediately surrounded by 4 young men who began yelling, spitting and kicking at our car. My 50 year old veteran father got out of the car to assess the damage done to our vehicle when one of the young men came up and punched him in the face and began yelling racial slurs at him. I got out of the car to get my father out of that situation when I was grabbed by the back of my hair and slammed, face-first into a parked car. anyone who knows anything about this incident should contact me by E-mail or the local police department. Please do not let this happen to anyone else, that could have been your father. |
