Subj: South Coyote Valley Why all the talk of developing the northern end of Coyote Valley? Why is the southern end neglected? The southern portion is labeled the greenbelt due to lack of representation! It doesn't seem fair to the property owners in the Ag zone, because farming is a losing cause now! No one in their right mind wants to farm anymore and these property owners in South Coyote Valley are stuck with worthless land!! |
