Forrest Williams is an ex-IBMer who had a reputation for arrogance toward those in non-managerial positions. Not well liked by the 'common' folk. I don't see any evidence that he is serving the community that elected him; just the 'businesses' that want to take advantage of the politics of the community. Often wonder how he ever was elected, but thats politics.
