I support Josephine A. Livingstone's reccommendation to keep the CC&R's and By-Laws as written. Allowing an attorney to come in and place "new limitations" that only provide income to "lawyers", is not something I consider "in the best interest of the community". I was the president of HomeOwner's Association, and know too well that changing what works, typically is done for the benefit of the person suggesting the change. Just my thought. Give it whatever weight you deem it worth.
