Subj: RSTSwim club From: [email protected] I support Josephine A. Livingstone's reccommendation to keep the CC&R's and By-Laws as written. Allowing an attorney to come in and place "new limitations" that only provide income to "lawyers", is not something I consider "in the best interest of the community". I was the president of HomeOwner's Association, and know too well that changing what works, typically is done for the benefit of the person suggesting the change. Just my thought.
