Subj: Casher of Lucky at Bernal Plaza From: [email protected] (Joseph Stpierre) Yesterday, on Oct. 2nd, I went to the Lucky store at Bernal Plaza and I saw a scene which I couldn't forgive at casher. A lady wanted to pay with some scripts (which are
sold by some private schools). The casher, her name
was Veronica, screamed "Oh Gosh, so many government
checks, it wastes my time." A lady said these were
not well-fare checks but Veronica repeated loud.
A lady got angry but Veronica kept on insulting her.
A lady told Veronica to call her manager but she
denied. A lady had to pay some difference with her
personal check and she wrote her driver's liscence
number, then gave it to her. Do anybody think this kind of behaviour is allowed in this comminity? I think a lady reported to her manager but I cannot take it. I was just behind a lady and I wanted to help her but I didn't because she looked like a professional lady and I thought she could handle that situation. |
