Subj: Vinyl windows from Polybau From: [email protected] Hello! Found your web site and thought I would share our situation regarding our Polybau windows. In 1991, we purchase replacement windows from Polybau for our whole house. It appears that the original owners of Polybau sold their business around 1993. The new company, operating in the same location with the same name tells me that the "lifetime" warranties sold by the original company are no longer valid. One window pane has a broken seal, so there is condensation between the panes of glass. We cannot get Polybau to provide service EVEN THOUGH WE ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR A REPLACEMENT. I would never recommend Polybau to anyone based on this experience. Nancy Teeter |
