Dear Fellow Community Members,

One of our students is going through a very challenging time. The student's sister passed away yesterday from Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. At this time the family is in dire financial straits and in need of all the support our saints community can muster. The Student family Center has a letter from the social worker at Lucille Packard Children's Hospital explaining the severness of the illness and the fact that the family is financially devastated. A savings account has been set up in order to accept donations to pay for the funeral. The bank is Washington Mutual account #445-614888-6.

We are asking our students, staff and community to donate money today and tomorrow, so we will be able to let the family know. The Student Family Center will provide envelopes if you need them. Please drop money off at the Student Family Center or call 347-6258 if you need further information.
