For months now my Bernal student has complained that a "strange" man about 20 has followed him home from school on a bike. I now walk my son home from school and watch as this guy leaves his home on Bison Ct. about 2:30 EVERY day, turns left onto Jaggers and left again on San Anslemo. He slowly bikes down the street and stares at all the boys walking down the street,. Then he turns around repeatedly to get another look at them. He used to ride his bike past Bernal School, but there were several parent complaints (including mine) and a police car evidently warned him to stay away from Bernal. He still cruises San Anselmo slowly, staring at the boys. Ask your kids if they've noticed this guy. I've also seen him on Solano. He is Hispanic with shoulder length hair, shaved on the sides. My son is afraid of him, and I'm not quite sure what to do about it.
