Subj: Continued disturbances due to firecrackers between 2 and 4 AM

I would like to ask the cooperation of the neighbors in the area of DuSault Dr to persuade the person or persons who has decided that between 2 and 4 AM is the "best" time to set off some very loud firecrackers. It has gone from a silly prank to being very scary. If anyone has been disturbed by this, please contact the San Jose Police at 311 to report the time and date.
