About a week ago, I found aprrox 80-100 pieces of mail laying in the street in Front of my house....It was obvious to me that the mail had been stolen from peoples mail boxes after it had been delivered. There were several from my immediate neighborhood, (Los Paseos Area zip code 95139) and several other areas as well, including zip code 95123 and 95136. I immediately called the police dept, and was told to contact the U.S. Postal service. They send a supervior to my home and took a report as well as the mail....The Supervisor told me that this has been a problem in our area lately! I wanted to make you all aware of this problem.
