Subj: Vehicular incident From: [email protected] At about 2:30 a.m., Saturday, August 2, a vehicle driving down Middlebury Way toward Avenida Espana, failed to stop at the intersection, hopped the curb into our neighbor's yard. The car's front luggage/ski rack was torn from the roof by a low branch of a tree. Entering our neighbor's yard, the driver managed to turn his car into a "U" into our yard and back toward the street. The black plastic bumper scraped the stucco on the side of our garage and knocked the brick facade off the font. While leaving our yard, the car snapped off our 10 foot Crape Myrtle tree. So we are looking for a car with the front ski rack torn off with a missing mount from the passenger side, a scraped front bumper on the driver side, and some damage to the front of the bumper from hitting the tree. A reward is offered for information identifying this vehicle. Whoever was responsible will be invited to pay for damages. |
