I found the owners 2 days later simply by posting a Found Dog sign at the intersection in which I found the dog. They identified him via telephone by his markings and were united.

I encourage the community to work together in this effort as the Humane Society can only do so much. With a little effort and understanding we can make a HUGE difference.
