I received a new Public Hearing Notice regarding the property on the opposite side of Santa Teresa from where Cisco plans to build. According to notice it is for 1.8 million square feet of campus, industrial use, surface and garage parking.

This is in the depressed section that turns to swamp land during heavy rains and it sounds like there are plans to make it into more light industrial buildings.

I thought this was supposed to be built into a park area by Cisco. What gives?
