Subj: Calpine power plant feedback From: [email protected] I am very against the propsed power plant next to Tulare Hill.My family lives just over the hill on one of the many quant little courts off Cheltenham way.The power plant will be a stones throw over the hill and I dont believe it will be a positive thing for the community here.
