There is a plan to develope Coyote Valley that is in the initial stages. Right now, the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is on the verge of being released for a huge scale development plan called "The Coyote Valley Specific Plan." It will, ultimately, create development that will rival the size of a small city. Keep in mind that this development make take decades to fully implement. However, the public will be asked for comment on the EIR. I can keep you updated on dates when the EIR is releasd as well as when feedback is requested from the community.
