This area is growing, industrially. Unfortunately most of the growth is South of Plaza de Santa Teresa. We need something which has enough of a draw to bring people back this way...for lunch, for specialty shopping. It would also need to be an establishment that will stay open until the rest of the stores close, in order to not attract loitering.
