I agree with the person who said to demolish the entire thing and start over. GET RID OF THE PAY PHONES NEAR RITE AID. DISPOSE OF THE 98 CENT STORE. I can go down to rite aid with my kids at 9:00 AM and be leered at by the men hanging around the phones. CREEPY. My 10 year old son always begs me to just go to a different store - He was always afraid of the atmosphere down there. Keep up the good work to get the whole thing re-vamped. The community deserves it.
