I would like to see some type of niche/upscale food store such as Trader Joe's or Whole Foods. That would be a big improvement over Luckys. The convenience of having a grocer so close was a factor in us buying our home were we did, here. It would be great to see the whole Plaza get a facelift, but I wouldn't hold my breath based on the apparent complexity of the ownership situation presented at the meeting.

I'm interested in what we can do, as a community, to have some influence over the future of the Plaza and the now vacant Luckys space. It seems like strictly a business decision between the developer and whoever they can attract to the property. Thanks for providing this web site and forum. Great job!
