I live near new Lucky store too and I found two bad points in the new lucky store, I'm comparing it with NobHill super.

(1) Employees of Lucky ask customers "Need help" when customers leave.
Employees of NobHill super help customers carry marchandise to their cars without asking.

(2) Employees of Lucky put marchandise in plastic bags or paper bags without handle.
Employees of NobHill super put marchandise in neat paper bags with handle.

(3) Still expired foods are sold in Lucky.

In my opinion, NobHill super is considering customers needs more than Lucky store.

If Lucky store improve these points, more customers will stop by the new store.
