Subj: Nobody's talking

Not long after Christmas I posted the following:

Subj: News on police shooting of a neighhbor

Any news on the father that was shot to death by SJPD on 12/22 at 5:45am on Hercus Court? ( I believe that the family name was Sharp...) I heard a full clip (8 rounds) of what was clearly a police revolver fired with no other gunfire preceding it. A respected father was gunned down in front of his children. Merry Christmat! I have heard that the police stated that he had made threatening gestures toward one child with the claws of a hammer.

My question is how the police would dare shoot an individual holding a hostage? I am pretty sure they are supposed to be equipped with bean-bag guns. Seems that only a gun would call for a fulll-out homicidal defense on the part of our "beloved" police department

I'd like to know more about it, and how the neigborhood feels.

Nobody has responded. Perhaps I chose the wrong forum. The sound I heard was that of ONE SINGLE GUN! From what I know, 3 rookie cops were involved. A man respected by his neighbors was GUNNED DOWN. I believe that they are required to carry bean bag guns. A man with a hammer in his hands does not warrant deliberate homicide, not even by the police. I want to hear answers. I want to know what happend to the perpetrators, aka police. THIS IS WRONG!!!!!!!!!! Please help me get to the bottom of this and get our community involved.
