Same here, I am at Cottle and Jai, and have had Pacbell, SBC now AT&T and have had zero problems since 1995. Email me at [email protected]. I do troubleshooting for the neighborhood and 99% of the time it was not the Service Provider. We have a local AT&T tech that is awesome. Have you called them?
