Every workout focuses on getting your heart rate up to improve your endurance, strengthen muscles, and burn calories. Push consists of a cardiovascular workout, core conditioning, and body toning exercises that incorporate the use of your stroller and a resistance band. Each class is taught by certified fitness instructors. We are always adding new exercises to our workouts so that you will be challenged and never get bored with the same old workouts. In just one hour you will improve your stamina, flexibility, and strength. Push supports the busy life that active moms lead. It allows moms to exercise without the inconvenience of needing a babysitter. You can socialize and exercise with your little one right by your side. Push is dedicated to helping moms accomplish their fitness goals and achieving overall health. Most importantly Push offers a safe and fun environment for both moms and their little one(s).
